I know, it was a bit unexpected, as you can tell by my last post. The thing is, since we got Taj we knew that we would have to adopt more Border Collies, they are just so awesome. But we were thinking (LOL, ok I was planning) to wait until Taj was about 2 before we added another one....we both whole heartedly agreed that the the only exception to this would be if we found a white faced female, working bred, with the right personality, raised with kids, good with other dogs and animals and a few other requirements that made actually finding a dog to match the list of requirements about a one in a million chance, especialy as we were not actively (or passively for that matter) looking.
Lo and behold I get an email from my sister who lives in a country (who has huskies and a koolie and has nothing to do with BC's) telling me about a puppy that needed to be placed in a good pet home. One look at the photo of the white faced female puppy and we were packing the kids in the car for a trip to the country

Trinity met everyone of our requirements and is now a member of our family

So technically she found us, and given the circumstances, it was meant to be

Luckily our situation is such that having two pups under 12 months is not the issue that it would be for most people, time and training wise, plus Taj is very mature for his age (Tia has been a very good settling influence for him).
She is a little pocket rocket, full of energy and is a little angel most of the time and a cheeky little monster occasionally. Hopefully she will like agility as well, apparently most of the working BC's that are trialling over here are related to her, and most of them do pretty well, so it will be interesting to see how she goes.
