Australian Koolies or Koolies/coolies as they are commonly referred to, are one of Australia's oldest working breeds.

It is believed the breed dates back to the early 1800s

Blue is our third generation Koolie from Tjukurpa Koolies, she was bred to work stock and be a good and faithful companion, at two years old I believe we have been successful, she is gentle with a big heart, at times too cuddly, but over all a very handy friend who can work stock in yard, paddock, race and will back(jump on the sheeps back).

She shows a good strong confidence and will force sheep off fences and can handle confrontation well.

We have not trialled her but hope to trial her daughter when we find the right male to join her to.

Blue sleeps indoors and is never far from me.
